1. Introduction

Welcome to Cinque Terre Trip (hereinafter the “Site”), available at https://www.cinqueterretrip.info.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Site by users. Accessing, browsing, and using the content published on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not wish to accept these Terms, in whole or in part, you are invited to stop using the Site.

The Site is managed by Cinque Terre Trip, as the Data Controller.

All Content on the Site — including, by way of example and without limitation, texts, page structure, source code, graphics, trademarks, logos, and colour combinations — is the exclusive property of the Owner or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Italian and international laws on copyright and intellectual property (Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941, as amended).

Any reproduction, modification, duplication, sale, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the Site’s Content without prior written consent from the Owner is strictly prohibited.

Any trademarks, logos, trade names, or service marks belonging to third parties mentioned on the Site remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

The photographs and visual elements on the Site come from the following sources:

  1. Original photographs: taken and processed directly by the Owner, who holds the relevant copyright and exclusive rights.
  2. Unsplash images: photographs distributed through the Unsplash platform. These images are used in accordance with the official Unsplash License, which permits free reuse for commercial and non-commercial purposes. The relevant copyrights remain with the respective authors.
  3. AI-generated multimedia or graphic content: used to support the visual design of the Site.

Should any party believe that visual content published on the Site infringes their copyright or intellectual property rights, they are invited to notify the Owner promptly via the contact details provided in the “Contact” section. The Owner will carry out the appropriate checks and, if necessary, promptly remove the contested element.


8. Accuracy of Information

The Content published on the Site is prepared with the utmost care and diligence for purely informational and tourist guidance purposes. However, due to the continuously evolving nature of local, seasonal, and regulatory data:

Users are required to always verify the accuracy and currency of information through official sources and channels (e.g. Trenitalia, Cinque Terre National Park, local municipalities, ferry companies, official accommodation facilities) before travelling, purchasing tickets, or making logistical decisions.

The Owner will endeavour to keep the Site continuously accessible and operational. Nonetheless, the Site or certain sections thereof may be temporarily unavailable or experience slowdowns due to:

Users are nonetheless informed that, in the future, the Site may integrate commercial affiliate links or widgets pointing to external booking platforms (including, by way of example and without limitation: Booking.com, GetYourGuide, or similar services).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Italian law, the Owner shall not be held liable in any way for:

  1. Any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or delays in updating tourist, logistical, or practical information published on the Site.
  2. Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, by way of example, travel delays, unexpected expenses, cancellations, lost earnings, or missed opportunities) arising from the User’s reliance on the Site’s Content.
  3. Travel decisions, bookings, or purchases made by the User with third parties or external sites.
  4. Malfunctions, service interruptions, malware infections, or technical issues occurring on the User’s device during or following use of the Site.
