The beach in the historic center of Monterosso is a small sandy beach, more intimate and peaceful than the expansive Fegina Beach. Its location, just a short walk from the village’s picturesque alleys, makes it ideal for alternating a day at the beach with a stroll through shops, bars, and charming views.

The boat dock connecting Monterosso to the other villages of the Cinque Terre is also located nearby. From the train station, simply turn left and walk along the waterfront to the pedestrian tunnel, which leads directly to the oldest part of town and the beach.

In the heart of Vernazza, next to the picturesque little harbor and the Church of Santa Margherita d'Antiochia, there is a small beach of sand and pebbles, perfect for taking a break after exploring the village. Those who prefer to sunbathe on the rocks can also settle down on the pier, from which boats depart for the other towns of the Cinque Terre. The beach is easily accessible from the train station: just follow the signs to the small harbor, and in about five minutes on foot you’ll reach the waterfront.

Manarola doesn't have a beach in the traditional sense, but it offers one of the most picturesque spots for swimming in the Cinque Terre. Near the small harbor, at the foot of the village, the cliffs provide access to the crystal-clear sea and make it the ideal spot for those who love to sunbathe on the rocks or take a dip in the clear waters.

The high, rugged coastline offers a breathtaking view, while the predominantly rocky and stony seabed makes this area particularly popular with snorkelers and those who love crystal-clear waters.

The beach at Riomaggiore is located a short distance from the picturesque little harbor and consists of pebbles and smooth stones, set against one of the most picturesque backdrops in the Cinque Terre. Its crystal-clear waters and natural setting make it an ideal destination for those who want to relax or take a dip after visiting the village.

The beach is easily accessible from the train station—it's about a five-minute walk. After passing through the pedestrian tunnel, simply follow the road toward the small marina and continue to the left until you reach the beach.
